CECCL is a wholly Kenyan owned company created in 2013 and predicated on Kenya’s and other member East African states recognition and financial commitment to accelerate infrastructure creation within the greater region in order to spur development and strengthen trade.

The company began from the ground and is now located on forty-one (41) acres of owned land within the boundaries of Eldoret in Uasin Gishu County with easy and fast accessibility off the main Eldoret -Kapsabet highway and a stone’s throw away from the Eldoret international airport.

The promoters are Kenyan businessmen with interests in various sectors from Real Estate to manufacturing, farming, logistics and hospitality amongst others. Equipped with this vast experience and wherewithal, the board has invested heavily in best QUALITY Plant and equipment as well as vast tracks of land to provide adequate supply chain requirements. At the core of this equipment is our Asphalt plant manufactured by one of the oldest and most recognized players in this sector: Parker Plant of the United Kingdom – our unit, a batch mixer, is fully mobile with a capacity of 80T/Hour.

The quality of asphalt mix is hugely dependent on the raw material quality. CECCL invested in a brand new, 3-stage stone crushing plant (WEIR GROUP) that has the ability to produce upto 250t per hour of good quality cubicle (non-flaky) aggregates.  This is the largest capacity crushing plant in this region which allows us to maintain a steady flow of excellent, quality material.

CECCL is very cognizant of the environment and earth sustainability. We are keenly aware that this is the bedrock of anything worth doing. To this end, we ensure we work very closely with NEMA and the communities that surround us.

We have planted over ten thousand trees to ensure good quality of air and a pleasant environment in which to work and live. We have equally distributed tree seedlings to our neighbors for them to ensure they equally preserve the environment.
