QUARRY DIVISION

ALWAYS DEDICATED AND DEVOTED

1ST STAGE

1ST STAGE which is the primary crusher, crushes raw big rocks to smaller sizes of 125mm to 225mm. This material is suitable for base in road construction, foundations, soak pit e.t.c

2ND STAGE which is the secondary crusher crushes the material from primary crusher to further smaller particles. This done by con crusher. At this point the material can be graded and separated however since our target is high quality material, the particles are sent to 3rd stage tertiary crusher.

3RD STAGE

3RD STAGE which is the tertiary crusher further crushes the particles into more cubile shape. This enables achievement of high quality non flaky material. This is done by a VSI crusher where particles FI are improved by high speed VSI running.

Our quarry division produces the following variety of products.

Ballast 14-20
Ballast 10-14
Ballst 6-10
Dust 0-6
Quarry sand 0-3.

The quarry division usually stock piles the above products as they are always in demand. However we also produce the following products on request.
1. Ballast 14-30. 2. GCS 0-40.

ASPHALT DIVISION

Our company also has a Batch Asphalt Parker plant (UK) which is fully mobile with a capacity of 80T/Hour. The plant has the ability to accommodate preferred recipes for asphalt mixes in relation to desired road designs. Since we have a ready source of raw materials from the quarry division it is always easy to for us to meet clients request and orders.

Our Asphalt Division produces the following variety of products.
1. Asphalt mix, all types according to design.
2. Pre coated chippings 6-10, 10-14, and 14-20.
